Billy the Kid is a 1.5-year-old male American Pit Bull and approximately 65 lbs. Billy is a very handsome brindle coloring dog. Hei's the whole package! He is sweet with every person he meets, has enjoyed time with dogs, and is so smart! He has some training and socialization so it would give potential adopters a head start. He would be a great hiking or adventure partner and on those cold days, he'd make a great cuddler. Billy was recently featured at the Napa County Board of Supervisor meeting doing a great job meeting many new friends.

My name is Brittany and I have been at the shelter for too long. My 2 sisters and I arrived in
June as very frightened kittens. It took us a while to trust people and I was always the shyest
one. My two sisters recently were adopted together and now that I'm alone, I'm really coming
out of my shell. I overhear the volunteers saying things like "She's purring all the time now",
"She really loves to play", and "She's such a beautiful tortoiseshell." My preference would be for
a quiet home with adults or possibly a home with older children. Won't you come and visit with
